Open Path Fonts – OPF
The Sure Cuts A Lot program has a few ways to preview fonts in the software, and the Library is just one way. The Library gives us the ability to see each letter or glyph.
A favorite project for so many is writing or drawing using our die cutting machines. TTF create an outline versus a single line, and that’s not desirable for most writing projects. What we need is an OPF or Open Path Font. It’s specifically designed for writing single lines. Currently, there are not many available.
This video tutorial from the Sure Cuts A Lot 4 Beginner Course explains the differences in the fonts, and also how you can temporarily install them into the SCAL Library.
